Where can I buy Tickets?

You can get your tickets here.
However, they are not traditional tickets and rather expense contributions, as Pangonia is a non-profit festival.
Therefore the ticket fees are designed to cover the costs for the location, artists, the sound, artist fees, decoration and to compensate for all other expenses made by people being involved. Any potential profits made go into organizing future events of the Berlin Handpan Community.

How do I get there?

The venue is accessible from Berlin by public transport with one change:
Take the RB8 regional train, then switch to bus 771 in Zossen and exit at Klausdorf (TF), Poststr. to reach the location. The travel time from Berlin is approximately 2 hours. By car, it's around 1hour/50 km via B96, or alternatively via A100 or A115.
You can find the entrance to the venue here.

Is there parking available?

Yes! There are enough parking spots available at the venue for cars and camper vans.

When does the camping site open?

The camping site opens on Wednesday July 15th at 12pm and closes on Sunday July 19th at 8pm.
The program starts on July 15th at 3pm, so you have the whole afternoon to arrive and set up your camp.
If you want to help clean up Pangonia after the festival is over you are very welcome to stay another night with us and enjoy some more Handpan moments together.

How much camping space is available?

There is plenty of room for tents, vans, and campers. If needed and if you prefer more comfort, you can arrange your own accommodation in the nearby village.

Can I come with my camper van to the location?

Yes! There is plenty of space for camper vans and cars directly at the venue, so you can park and stay comfortably. A van camping spot is 15€ for the entire stay.

Is there Accommodation nearby?

Accommodation/rooms/hotels are available in the region in a wide variety of forms. You can check Booking.com, Airbnb.com, or fewo-direkt.de,. The places near the lake are quite beautiful, thus booked out quite quickly. Please understand, due to the variety of offers, we can neither make recommendations nor help with bookings.

Are there toilets and showers?

Toilets: A toilet trailer with a number of fixed toilets, a urinal gutter, and two wash basins is available.
Showers: There are no fixed showers, but outdoor showers will be set up.

Are the workshops included?

This year, we're excited to present a range of incredible workshops included in the price of your ticket. For those looking to take their skills to the next level, we’re also offering exclusive paid Masterclasses, specially designed for intermediate players who want to invest in deepening their expertise.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes! Pangonia is a family-friendly event where everyone can have a great time together. Children up to six years old receive free entry, and kids up to 13 years old pay a reduced price.
This year we will also feature a Kids Space for the first time. Carl, who has many years of educational expertise with organizing summer camps will host a designated space, where kids can play, create, and make new handpan friends. There is a separate kids space ticket, if you want your kids to participate. Find out more here.

Can I bring my pet?

Dogs are not forbidden at Pangonia. Dog owners should know for themselves if they want to put their four-legged friend through such an event. In any case, dogs must be kept on a leash. If dogs are ‘unpleasantly noticeable’, the organizer reserves the right to send them away.

What about food and drinks?

This year we decided to have separate food tickets to keep the ticket fees as low as possible. Martina and Alessio will provide the breakfast and dinner, on top Kristian will come to Pangonia offering his well-known vegan Palatschinken. You can find out more here.
You're also welcome to bring your own food and snacks. Gas stoves can be used in the designated cooking area. Additionally, an EDEKA grocery store is just a three-minute walk away.

A honesty bar will be set up outdoors, with an existing counter, refrigerators, and pavilions available. Bottled drinks will be available for purchase, and free drinking water will be provided throughout the event.

What should I bring with me to the gathering?

Please bring your own plate, a spoon, fork, knife and a cup for drinks/water. It is always a good idea to bring a pair of ear plugs to a handpan event, as there will be lots of handpan sounds throughout the night and we will all hang out together in a small, cozy space. Even though there are some chairs available at the location, it's a good idea to bring your own handpan stool, so you can jam wherever you want. You can buy an official Pangonia handpan stool at our merch stall as well.

Is there a place to swim nearby?

Yes! A bathing area at the lake is about 5-10 minutes away on foot, perfect for a refreshing dip.

I cannot come to the Event, can I cancel my pass?

As we are a very small community Gathering, we cannot allow cancellations. However, you can transfer your festival pass to a friend until one week before the Event starts. Just write to tickets@pangonia.de.
