Where can I buy Tickets?
There are no classic festival tickets, as Pangonia is not a typical festival, but a community event. You are invited to participate and you can order festival passes online which are designed to cover the costs of Pangonia 2024.
How do I get there?
Getting there from Berlin is relatively easy, all you need is an ABC ticket. We recommend using public transportation as there is no parking space available at the location. The exact location and address will be provided to all participants via e-mail before the festival. See Location section for details.
When does the camping site open?
The camping site opens on Thursday, 1 pm and closes on Sunday, 6 pm. The programme starts Thursday 6pm so you have all afternoon on Thursday to arrive at the venue.
How much camping space is available?
The camping space at the venue is very limited. We
therefore have to ask you to bring small tents and build your camp in a space-saving manner. Thank
you!
If you want more comfort and sleep at a holiday accommodation nearby, there are reduced festival passes without camping available.
Can I come with my camper van to the location?
No. We have limited space without any parking lots or space for camper vans and therefore recommend using public transportation to reach the venue. If you need to bring your van or car, you have to park your vehicle alongside the road near the next neighborhood, which is about a 10 minutes walk to the location. Please pay attention to not park in bulk and not to disturb people living in the neighborhood.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes! We are a family friendly festival where everybody can have a good time together. Kids until the age of six receive free entry and until the age of 13 they only pay a reduced price.
What about dogs, cats and unicorns?
We love all animals and would like to enjoy our weekend with them. But as our space is very limited and not everyone feels comfortable around dogs, we had to make the decision to not allow any four-legged-friends at the gathering. We are sorry!
FOOD!
A healthy breakfast buffet is included in all full festival passes. Lunch and dinner will be provided by Kristian and his food truck (the "vegan living room"). You can buy a variety of dishes (like vegan curry, pancakes etc.) there. If you have a personal diet, or simply want to share snacks or other food with others, you are welcome to bring your own. Using gas stoves is allowed only in a designated area.
What about drinks?
Bottled drinks are available at the bar. There is free drinking water supply for everyone during the whole event.
What should I bring with me to the gathering?
Please bring your own plate, a spoon, fork, knife and a cup for drinks/water. We will have some plates and silverware available, however, we won't have full sets for all. It is always a good idea to bring a pair of ear plugs to a handpan festival, as there will be lots of handpan sounds throughout the night and we will all hang out together in a small, cozy space. Even though there are some chairs available at the location, it's a good idea to bring your own handpan stool, so you can jam wherever you want. You can buy an official Pangonia handpan stool at our merch stall as well.
I cannot come to the festival, can I cancel my festival pass?
As we are a very small community festival, we cannot allow cancellations. However, you can transfer your festival pass to a friend until one week before the festival starts. Just write to tickets@pangonia.de.
